Random Funny Thoughts About the World of Darkness?

Random thread about funny things you can imagine in the WoD.

Sabbat Vampires do a fun and masquerade breaking game known as "Do It For The Vine". It's basically like it sounds for this, but you do masquerade breaking stuff and post it on the internet. Nosferatu Vampires are usually the ones who take it down, but on schrecknet they keep a full list of the videos to watch for later lulz.

Brujah are most often called up to kill flies or other insects due to the mix of Celerity and Potence they possess. More than a few Gangrel or Nossies use Animalism to make them appear, and then get them to kill them for their own amusement. I also imagine a few Toreadors would do the same, since they have Celerity, except they would use guns or stuff because they don't want to get their hands dirty.

Any vampire with Protean, Mage with Life or perhaps even Werewolves in lupus form (if they're good enough to fool the judges ofc) sometimes take a part in Dog shows or competitions to make easy money. I also imagine that there's always some Ghoul from the Camarilla or Technocrat/Guardian of the Veil (Ascension and Awakening respectively) who is a judge in these whose explicit job is to make sure these kinds of people don't do it alot.

The flies in WoD must be pretty damn tough if you need Potence to kill them.

I forgot to put in a small joke of "Brujah with Potence and Celerity are known for accidentally breaking the places they try to kill the flies at. As such, those with high amounts of potence are rarely called up." >>

Forces Mages or Tremere with the Path of the Levinbolt messing with somebody they don't like's electricity. Driving their electricity bills sky high and stuff. Or just using it to generate free electricity for themselves.

Credits to Kara for this one, but Mages with Matter and Life would be really good with Food. To which I brought up the idea of a Gordon Ramsay Mage who can actually make soup dry.

then disappear when they scream for help. So when the cavalry charges in, the poor sucker is alone, with a ton of explaining to do. Repeat irregularly for a couple weeks or months, watching merryly as the poor sod goes nuts.

Too much work just to make some guy nuts. I can do that a lot faster.

All people who can shift into animals can get a Specialty in Persuasion or some merit using persuasion that involves using puppy dog eyes to get what you want. EVEN in human form.
