Am I really dumb or there is only CE ver 1.2 in there?

Perhaps you've been there before 1.5 got approved by the admins. After uploading 1.5 I have taken out the 1.4 versions. I have checked again, and now I can see it without the "awaiting approval" notes.

Do i just install this mod on base game without updates?
What about wesp patch or true gold patch or any other mods.
Sorry ,it's been a while since i last played VTMB ,i still have a lot of mods and patches stored on dvd from about two or three years ago.
