| You have to learn about ghouls from Knox or Mercurio before creating Heather as your ghoul. | |

| No problem with her. Did you talk to Malcolm after seing Heather for the first time? After that, if you have asked Mercurio about the vamp blood, or learned from Knox that he is a ghoul, there should be no problem. -  | |
