He's just one of the random changes Wesp makes from time to time.

It pads his 'update notes' if nothing else. Wesp is hit and miss with stuff like that - I agree with him changing Larry's spot: it makes much more sense to be in an alley outside a club with lots of potential 'customers' walking by . OTOH, he 'restored' the hellcat crashing into the trailer outside the Ocean House, content that was 'cut' for a reason - it destroys the slow buildup and tension of the House: a level that got at least one industry award, so they did something right there

apparently i am not the only one who saw him before the time claudia claimed it was the time he would appear....
