Missing skill Tyrants gaze

So i am playing a ventrue and i decide its time to upgrade my dominate

i am missing forgetful mind and tyrants gaze despite the fact i have bought them in the character window, at first i thought i had to select them for use so i had a look but no apparently i do not have them :S confused

am i just being stupid or is this a bug?

Use K on your keyboard. Edited Disciplines for some reason don't work with mouse wheel.

ohhh that fixed it, how every odd so i was just being stupid it seems Razz
