| Hi there I've just got two ideas: - I always had the feeling that Presence should have it's own special dialog options. I think it would be great if that would be possible eventhough I doubt it. My guess it, that it would be a huge effort to implement special lines for all the (un)important npc dialogs. - Call me strange, but I somehow miss male blood dolls. There are only female ones (besides the guy next to Mercurio's appartement right at the start in Santa Monica) and personally I would like to see more diversity amongst them -Phil | |

Actually, I imagine that wouldn't be too hard. You can check any ability score in dialog easily, and most of the dialog based persuasion skills have a generic response, e.g. look at the hotel clerk or flynn when you try to persuade/seduce/intimidate them -- it's the same response. The only catch is that I'm not sure if there's any way to give presence responses a special font. Though you can just as easily put "(Presence)" in front of a dialog response. - PhilK1988 wrote:

-Phil That would be easy too, but the only question is getting a voice actor. I imagine you'd want someone with one of the those deep, resonating, seductive male voices. I know no one like that

-Phil Both are extremely sexy ideas Phil, good call, especially the male blood doll idea. I wonder how hard it would be to use pre-existing voice overs and text to have a small conversation, like the rich blood doll outside of your apartment in SM. Things to think about.

| It sounds like a good idea to me, I have always thought there should be some more male blood dolls. It has a very lesbian feel to the game as a female vampire. I do not know how easy this is, but with my limited knowing I think it wouldnt be too hard to do. I say add just one more Male Blood Doll, but make it the guy that us out side you apartment in a differnt part of town like Down Town and have him getting off from work or leaving from a bar. Having it be like a secound meeting with you new best friend(if you already did not kill him). Making it work by using some of the old options and voices already in the game, but make it feel like youve talked to him before. Thoughts? | |

| I totally agree there should be male blood dolls and maybe a few gigolo's/rent boys, you could probably use Brian from Santa Monica as a voice pack for at least one, maybe turn Knox into your love slave? There's always the drug dealer too! Perhaps the clerk in the Empire arms or even the TV host from down town? I think having an equal proportion of male blood dolls to female would only be fair.
Besides you can use NPC models surely, a blue blood, a raver, or even just recolor the hair or shirt, plus from what I can tell Cactus would probably dive at the chance to make a semi naked blood doll man (semi! naked)
I also propose male dancers in Confession's cages etc but i expect that's more to do with Wesp.

| it crossed my mind that, in the way that Auspex temprarily increases perception and intelligence and wits which then increased the feats based on them, namely ranged and hacking,
Presence could increase Charisma and Appearance and Manipulation and therefore temporarily increase, give a bonus to, all Persuasion, Seduction, Intimidation and Haggle, so that Toreador, which are by definition those vampires closer to mortals, could use their most defining discipline to enhance their social skills.
or indeed it makes sense, as it has stated, that those vampires more connected with mortals should have special dialogue options linked with their most defining discipline.
