| I'm thinking of in the style of how the first Resident Evil game was remade with updated everything. I think it would be practically beautiful if they did, plus with all the things they could add to the game like more quests, characters, locations, etc.
It would be even better if they made it much more easy to mod too. I'd love to see what kind of mods people would bring to the table.

| I give the idea a conditional "yes". The condition being tha they don't mess it up with "improvements".
Just port the game to the latest Source engine (which would make it a lot more mod friendly), improve the graphics, and add some light changes like in the early plus patch (so that Blood Buff gives +2 to physical stats instead of setting them to 5). And for the rest leave it alone.

| Wasn't there one creature that was attempting to trasnlate VtMB to a better engine or something? I guess the project is dead now, huh. | |

They've been on and off Planet Vampire since I'm registered there. Toying around with one or another engine. I really don't pay any attention to their messages. It's probably a myth, like Antitribu or the sun. One of the sighns of Gehenna: Thin Bloods, red moons, mysterious mods... -

| Why remake when you could make a whole new game? | |

Yes, on one hand you can do that, but on the other, you have to hire writers, a lot of graphic designers and VA's. So a remake would make the process "cheaper". I would be glad either way, though, the Resurgence project was abandoned recently by its head. So whatever happens to improve this game would be better than doing nothing.

| And no matter what kind of funds you have available, a remake would have to fail because of the same reasons that finally stopped the resurgence project: Copyright issues with WW. - | |

| Thanks guys. And no, I'll never get bored of Skyrim. But Bloodlines still holds the spot of my second favorite game. Hi Feral! *pets* I've tasted like granite for awhile now... | |

You're saying that now, but just wait until they release Elder Scrolls VI.
