CE1.3 will be released on May 3rd

Hi everyone!

There has been a bug in the Nos Haven Quest. You can do the quest without any problems, but Nossies don't get the new haven as intended. They only get the money reward as everybody else.
The problem is fixed. If you already have CE 1.3 installed, please download the 1.2 - 1.3 upgrade and reinstall that.
If you don't have CE installed yet, please wait for the upload of the fixed install file. I'll keep you informed.

The fixed version (1.3.01) is ready for download from filefactory. The Patches Scrolls will have it ready sometime tomorrow. I'm waiting for their o.k.

That won't be a problem, except you are a Nosferatu and have already started Bertrams quest. If you are a Nos and don't want to go back, that's no problem. I this case you will get your new haven from Gary as usual.

dunno if im posting this in the right spot. but when trying to learn investigation from the college it will not let you input the last "n" so therefore unable to learn investigation. just an fyi. thnx for your time

welcome to CE.
You are right, but this is easily fixed. Go to the subdirectory \vampire\vdata\hackterminals in your vampire folder, and open the file haven_pc.txt with a simple texteditor. Right at the top of the file, you'll find a lot of blocks called "function". Scroll down until you find "function" "investigation" and change it to "investigate". This is shorter and you can type it in.

also i see that one of Zero's version is incorperatable into the compmod. is there a blended version of this for 1.3? i like the college prolly the best thing ever put in the game. info on this at all is highly welcome. thanx in advance

I think you are talking about this compilation of CompMod, CE, and the latest version of Wesps patches? I don't know, if Drathian will update to CE 1.3. I haven't heard from him for quite some time.

wow the game started to crash verry often in the end. i'm in SOL and i havent even got into the house and the game crashed twice.
