Hahaha, vampires in some circles probably use those older idioms because they've "been around so long they think candlelight's a keen invention" and wouldn't know light bulbs. Cx

Yeah I meant inspiration :-) but it was like midnight and I was writing while listening to a Law and Order episode.. So brain was absent :-)

I think that the two older kindred of the setting are actually the most aware of technology..
