The Regent Grand Hotel

Half Elyseum, Half Chantry, and half company, The Regent Grand Hotel has been "bought" and used as the Tremere chantry only recently. Actually, Lyle moved in to the Regent just after becomming Regent in 1945, he thought it would be a nice touch.
The Regent Grand Hotel is just in front of the Grand Théâtre.

What serves as Elyseum and reception is a reception room, called the Foyer ("home"), usually only used for wedding early meals and closed during night time. The place is certainly under Thaumaturgical spells or surveillance, since the minute someone steps in Elyseum during night hours, a Tremere steps out of the Chantry to welcome the guest (works as well on non-Kindred, so ghouls and mortals step in to meet with a Tremere as well as any Kindred does ; usually, ghouls and mortals meeting with a Tremere are messengers, both for non Kindred matters and specific Camarilla or Tremere matters) :

Fred arrives and does his thing (I.E parking his bike and entering).
He slowly makes his way in, looking around as he does.

As he enters the usual "Elysium" section of the Chantry, Fred can notice that he's not alone. As a matter of fact, Mike is sitting next to Corinna, as they are certainly discussing topics. Corinna notices the newcomer and offers him a welcoming but distant smile, as usual ; she then frowns, thoughful. This attracts Mike's attention, who stands up as he sees Fred, and approach him, curious, half-happy, half-worried.
(Mike) Fred ? I thought you were dead ! What happened ?

Fred reacts to Mike's presence with obvious happiness, after Mike's reaction Fred speaks eagerly.
Good evening, Mister. Mike! Truly it brings me joy to meet you again.
I was told by Mister. Theodore to speak with the Tremere here regarding "Annabelle Vicomte, childe of Jerome Lehin" as she seems to have disappeared. Miss. Nolveaux found ashes with her dress in it, but suspects a trap as it lacked personal belongings, jewellery and underwear; I need to find the missing childe of Jerome Lehin for her.

Fred no longer speaks eagerly and displays less happiness.
Sadly I also found that all of my old family are truly dead, Mister. Theodore theorize that Terrance may be alive, but if the unlikely event is true, he'd have turned over to the mean ones.

Ah yes! The Tremere! Would there be anyone present who could assist me?

Auspex 2:

Corinna stands when Fred talks, curious. She's seen him before, but not too often.
(Corinna) Now let us not get too optimistic, Mr. Mike. Have you proof that you are, indeed, the person you say you are ? If you cannot, I'll have to run a test on your blood.

The Brujah's looks darkens as he's recalled that Fred may not be the person he says he is. He says nothing as he can't disagree with the Tremere.
(Corinna) We've studied the Annabelle case a little with Miss Vonigner, but because of the recent events, we had to stop. However I am able to confirm that she isn't dead. Her whereabouts are another topic.

Fred looks at Corinna with a bit of confusion.
Why would I lie about who I am?

As the Tremere talks about testing Fred's blood, he looks at Mike with a questioning look.
Fred's view shifts between Corinna and Mike as the former tells what they know about Annabelle Vicomte, and then goes back to Mike after she's done telling.

The Tremere nods.
(Corinna) A infiltrated kindred would lie to save his cover. I need to verify your identity. Please wait.

She goes through the door leading to the actual Chantry, closing it behind her. Before she comes back, Mike allows some discussion to be held between them.
(Mike) I'm afraid I can't help you much, with the attacks and else, they're all tense and stressed. We are, too.

I understand, I shall wait and do as they ask.

The Brujah gives him a look full of sympathy and even some pity.

Corinna comes out of the Chantry with something that looks like a crystal cup. She also has a small knife in a hand. She hands them both to Fred.
(Corinna) Please fill this with your vitae, then. We'll be able to discuss these matters with more detail, if you are indeed...

She sounds a bit apologetic ; it's certain Corinna Ansons knows the Tremere are mistrusted, especially when it comes to vitae, but she wishes it not to be that much. It's clear she truly feels sorry for having to keep the secrets.

Fred looks nervous, perhaps even frightened as he receives the knife.
I don't want to hurt myself in such fashion.

Fred looks at Mike.
Is this truly a need?

The Tremere librarian shares a look to Mike, then nods softly. She observes Fred with a certain sadness.
(Corinna) It is better if you cut it yourself, but I can do it if you wish. It is a need, as other forms to extract vitae will.. not be kind.

Mike offers a slight smile.
(Mike) I could too but I think if you do it yourself, it'll hurt less. If it's easier, he can use his fangs, can't he ?

Corinna smiles and agrees with a nod.
(Corinna) Indeed he can.

Fred uncertainly offers the knife and cup to Mike.
Can you do it for me?

Fred appears visibly worried, but less so as he offers the tools to Mike than when he was offered them himself.

The Brujah raises an eyebrow, surprised and curious. He gives a look to the Tremere, to have her approval, before taking both objects. He indicates a place to sit.
(Mike) Sure, whatever. So you think Terrance might be a spy that faked his death ? Miss Ansons ?
(Corinna) I am afraid only the most gifted in the Auspex discipline may see through the Nosferatu. We can ask those who have seen it.

The Brujah hopes the conversation distracts Fred while he asks for his arm, certainly to open his wrist. Once he's installed and has said wrist, he opens it with the knife the least painfully he can, and cuts through to allow the blood to spill into the cup. He has hesitated, but he's being mindful and has done quick.

Fred:

Fred shows obvious signs of pain as he is cut, his fangs grow out a little which causes him to bite hard in apparent attempts to fight the beast.
Once the whole ordeal is over Fred becomes increasingly calmer as his wound closes and fangs sinks back.

The monster screams, and I thirst.. Make it stop.
Fred holds his hands on his head as though he has migraine or just really bad headache.

The Brujah takes out the knife when he has harvested the blood the Tremere asked for. She approaches to take both away from them as Fred heals himself.
(Corinna) Please remember that this place is still Elysium, I beg you to contain yourself. I should be back in an hour...

She disappears into the Chantry after a polite bow. Mike takes a seat close to Fred.
(Mike) You alright ? Sorry if I hurt you.. But tell me, what happened ?

Fred goes to sit down and rest his head on one of his hands. He is calmer than a moment ago, but doesn't look quite healthy.
Where should I begin, Mister. Mike?

Mike laughs a little, then smiles.
(Mike) How 'bout the beginning ? You know, it's true Leon died, I felt it, but he was accepted by you guys, this made me quite happy, and I'm sure he was, too.

Fred saddens a bit but remains calm.
Terrance asked us to assist in the defense of an Elysium which was attacked by the mean ones.
Leon and Rendolf helped the others in front of the place while Terrance sneaked away to take them by surprise, I stayed with Marie a little bit to the side.

When the mean ones attacked all hell broke loose.
Marie was killed when she attacked the mean ones to help the others, but I was too afraid to help too and..
Fred becomes more upset, causing his fangs to grow outwards.
I watched her die and didn't do anything other than running away after her ashes was flying in the wind.
Fred holds his head again.

Then I ran with some others who were also fleeing, I left the others to die because I was so terrified, it's my fault they died!
Fred begins crying, causing blood to drip.

Storyteller:

It screams again! It's awful! Like that day!
I ran and ran until I came home were I hid, only going out when I had to drink.
Then I decided to try to help Mister. Fonscolombe since he was one of the few friends I have left and I wanted to make something good.

I went to his club, but he was not there; instead I met Alicia Vanderstree who told me that my old family might still be alive and that she had been betrayed and asked me to talk with the Tremere at the old chantry.
So I went there to meet Mister. Kersten.

The chantry had been attacked, but he and the lady who was there with him were fine and even had a prisoner who they were hurting. Even after giving me an offer to spare him if I told them some information about Vanderstree.

Then Mister. Kersten told me to speak with Mister. Theodore and Miss. Nolveaux which I did.
Miss. Nolveaux told me that my old family was not alive at all, and that she wanted me to find "Annabelle Vicomte, childe of Jerome Lehin", so I went to speak with Mister. Theodore who told me Terrance could potentially be alive, but would've gone with the mean ones if so, and told me it was unlikely the other rats would lie.

Fred bites audibly (I.E. making noise with his teeth) a couple of times before proceeding.
Then I was told to speak with the Tremere here to see if I could find the missing childe of Jerome Lehin, as she was supposed to be alive, apparently the ashes found with her dress lacked jewellery, personal belongings and underwear so it was clear it was a trap.

Then I came here and met you and the other Missy who took blood to confirm my identity and-.. -Told to tell story..
Fred begins to try to "scoop" up his tears and lick them up, his fangs are entirely out, but he isn't hostile yet.

Auspex 2, Perception + Humanity>8:

The Brujah listens carefully to Fred's tale, nodding, frowning, ticking as he remembers it as well. He thinks about it a moment, then frowns visibly.
(Mike) I know nothing of Fonscolombe, but old ghouls who change masters are nothing but trouble.. Wait, a prisoner ?.. Damn. Betrayed ? Vandenstree ?.. Shit is she involved somehow ?

The Brujah doesn't go further into thinking, as something attracts his attention. Tarcisus enters the Elysium, seemingly after a walk. The Brujah shows his fangs and stands up, quite defensive in his movements, as if scared. The Tremere Lord moves a little his cane, as if putting something aside, he frowns visibly.
(Tarcisus) Hold on there, child. This is my haven.

The Tremere sets his eyes on Fred, not recognizing him. Mike notices it, and has a certain protective movement towards him (just moving the hand, as to hide him).
(Mike) We're in Elysium, Tarcisus. The Chantry is behind.
(Tarcisus) I know my way around, thank you. I wish your kind no harm anymore. But who is this one ?

The Brujah stays silent, and Tarcisus expects Fred to answer.

The Brujah eventually calms down, then shrugs and sits back on. Tarcisus stays at a certain distance and smiles almost kindly, quite paternalist in his behavior.
(Tarcisus) I prefer that way. He addresses Fred openly, staring and even imposing his presence. Who are you ?

Fred looks at Mike as he sits down and stops waging back and forward.
He also removes his hands, but doesn't seem to feel much better.
After turning to face Tarcisus, Fred begins speaking.

My name is "Fred", Good Mister, I came to speak with the Tremere to find "Annabelle Vicomte, childe of Jerome Lehin", and also gave blood so they could confirm my identity as I've been believed dead by many until recently.

Fred remains seated, though still turned towards Tarcisus, after telling him his identity and reason for being where he is.

The Lord closes his eyes and shakes slightly his head.
(Tarcisus) That is not the answer to my question, child.

Mike takes the time to intervene, controlling his anger quite well, and letting out a sigh.
(Mike) Fred, of the Malkavian Clan, childe of.. Robert Degrelle, right ?
(Tarcisus) What happened to your education, children ? tssk tssk...

The Tremere looks sad, disappointed, and he takes a seat, closer to the entrance of the chantry, but still at conversational distance with the other two..
(Tarcisus) I will ask again. Who are you?

Fred is quite visibly confused and somewhat hyper.
Fred? Me? Malkavian? Kindred? The person you're currently speaking to? Friend of Mister. Mike?
Ah! The question unasked wonders who -you- are?!

Fred begins beating his head a few times weakly and calms down slightly.
Forgive me, Good Mister, I'm feeling curiously energetic as my thirst increases.

I'm afraid I do not understand your question if our identities are not what you're referring to despite implications of otherwise; could you kindly elaborate?

Fred removes his beanie like he so often does when he wants to seem more humble.
He remains in the chair and his fangs are still completely out.
