When I aproach the where-is-the-damn-tow-truck guy and he runs away, shouldn't cops start to chase me? Should that be a masquerade breach?

I haven't figured out how to make the player's criminal level go up by 1 during dialogue, however yes you should've received a masquerade violation and now you do. Thanks for the fix.
