(Fixed) Surfside Dinner Thugs [part 2]

I saw the thread claudia made, but my experience was a little different.

I enter the dinner with no violation, and all thugs are there just chilling. I walk a little and it marks "criminal violation" out of nowhere and all thugs starting running from me. I kill them all, they don't fight back. Go outside and there's no police.

This happened to me twice last night, not sure what's going on. Never had this problem before. Will check it out.

Well I ended up fixing 2 problems in one. By placing the starting position of the thugs over by the phone instead of at the entrance, not only do they begin firing at you like they should but also now the cops show up with the megaphone and appear outside when you go outside. Both problems fixed. The diner has been cleansed, hehe.
