| I took E's quest during the Elisabeth Dane quest, so after I was attacked by Therese's thugs. It's not the first time I do it this way, and after having the sisters quests done, I reenter the Diner once the cops are gone, with the Gangrel gone, but the old lady still present to be able to talk to her about Lily (and get money !).
But the Diner stayed empty since the sisters' quest, which I can understand (murder scene and stuff, logical enough), but even if E's still there and everything (not failed quest) I just can't complete it.

| For some reason, this also happens in the vanilla game. D:
If you don't attempt to duck behind the counter and stealth kill most of the thugs, so that they come to you on the empty side of the diner to get massacred, stray fire from the shotgun kills or injures the cook. If he's injured/dead, no one returns to the diner.
Not sure if this still applies to TFN, though.

| It was up to you to find this bug Claudia!!! LAWL Thanks Sio, I've never entered the diner after the shoot out so I had no idea. Plus I've always done the Lily quest before completing the SM Main quest. | |

| No problem. I just know it happens because while replaying VTM:B, I'd dread all the zig-zagging around Santa Monica for E, and thought to open up Downtown first, and circle back to finish the thin blood quest before or after the Elizabeth Dane quest. One of three times, it went on without a hitch, but both times the diner was abandoned was because the cook was either killed or sufficiently injured during the gunfight. I was lazy both of those times and used return gunfire and disciplines that would lower group defenses, which meant that the cook was made even weaker while being caught in crossfire. Bad place for him. xD The diner stays full if you do a relatively clean job of killing the thugs, which usually implies you kill them one by one as they approach, avoid harming the cook, and that you take the phone call quickly, and leave soon. It's funny, though, seeing a busy diner with blood spatter all around. Though I have no idea if this changes if you complete it just after the Elizabeth Dane quest, I'd always take care of it on the way to that quest. | |

| I didn't even know, you can drag out the thin blood quest for so long. I thought, Lily would be dead when you leave Santa Monica. I know you can't complete the Mercurio morphine quest after you left, as he doesn't need it anymore. And I think Heather also dies if you leave Santa Monica before ghouling her. - | |

| One of the indications that Lily stays alive, even after leaving Santa Monica, is that if you have Vandal's replanting a lily quest, you have the option to send Patty from Confession.
Just my guess, though. :B

| That's no sure bet. Afaik, the sending Patty option was added by Wesp. And at some point even a vampire should be drained. Btw, is having a thin blood as "donor" in the bloodbank diablerie? - | |

Not sure if drinking from a thinblood or a weaker generation counts. xD

| It is a Diablerie only if you drink the Heart's Blood. Rest is "safe", unless you deal with a plaguebearer As for if it counts, ask the Sheriff | |

| In fairness, he's really quite the artist with hair.
The only problem is the loss of your head during the process.

I think he takes a little too much off the top.

I think he takes a little too much off the top. I avoided the cliche, but I'm glad someone else didn't. Haha.
