| - Chantry:
Tarcisus nods in understanding. (Tarcisus) Lyle's orders are priority, certainly. I won't be moving, we may have some time to discuss further, Rufus.
The Lord makes a vague gesture towards the exit. (Tarcisus) I think there's a way up to the roofs from the stairs which are in the precedent room, he means le foyer, the room that was declared Elysium, and the one that's basically between the (mortal) Hotel and the Chantry. It should be easier to reach through the skies if you are in a hurry. As long as you are careful not to be seen by mortals.
- Rufus:
It may not be a bad idea to take William along, considering he seems sure about Claudia's localization. Maybe he knows because of a blood ritual. Either way, Tarcisus said it would be a good idea, and even if he just insinuated it, the Gargoyle can't leave a Tremere neonate moving alone in the streets, especially after the attacks, and what happened often enough (a few were killed by bombings, many of Tarcisus childer had accidents of some sort...). However, Claudia won't probably confide as much as she did last night in the presence of another Tremere. Yet it seemed like William didn't speak Latin... Now Rufus has grown much more discrete than before, he's now able to move in the skies without drawing attention. Before he couldn't that easily, that's why he was forbidden out. Maybe Lyle will allow him for real to be able to enjoy flying out in the nights... Despite those machines ! They seem to avoid the most precious places in town, respecting the Tremere's power in the historical center.
- William:
Flying out with a Gargoyle ? Why not. This one is quite old, and very loyal, since it hasn't revolted against its masters, unlike it happened in history. There's a reason why Brussels don't have Gargoyles anymore, when they revolted, they were destroyed, and now the Camarilla looks down on their creation, so the Tremere have only resorted to homonculi, rutor's hands and other rituals for their tasks and guarding.

Okay a quick guide to how I'll write my posts from now on. When I colour a word, the accompanied element for example auspex, it means that thought was thought during that point in the sentence. This allows me to add those things without ruining the one text bin by cutting it into pieces, yet still allow everyone to understand where those powers are usable within the story since spoiler tags don't work within spoiler tags.
- The Chantry:
"Fly to the-... That," Williams face lit up in curiosity, "is an interesting idea! It will indeed save time and if we come in together... I presume Claudia will believe Rufus {Auspex 4} on my identity." William took out the Ipod Touch and started clicking on it with both thumbs in a rapid fashion.{Storyteller}
William moved over towards the door leading to le Foyer, pausing his hand on the handle after hearing voices on the other side. "Look, whichever path we take, the road or the sky, we need to leave ASAP. , who knows how long we'll have to search and considering we only got one chance at this, and considering I have no idea where in Brujah territory the artefact is located, I'd like to collect the girl and be on our way as swiftly as possible."
- Auspex 4:
'And it allows me to study how Gargoyle flight mechanics work.'
- Lyle Kersten:
email: Lyle.Kersten@TheGrandRegionHotel.fr "Regent, Please forward all information about the artefact to this mail account if possible."

Rufus stops and emerges back into the room. He watches the young neonate for a long moment, the expression on his granite face impossible to decipher, though pure intimidation is certainly a very valid assumption. When Tarcicus speaks, Rufus nods to the elder Tremere and acquiesces.
"If you think it best, Lord Tarcicus, then that is what shall be."
The massive Gargoyle turns toward William, his expression(for those such as Tarcicus and Lyle who've known the Gargoyle long enough to recognize it) one of sheer amusement.
"What was your name again? I seem to forget these things as time passes. But yes, if you know where Claudia is, then please lead me there. Wherever you wish to go in the city, I know a short-cut."
He walks along with William to Le Foyer, and the look of pained impatience at William's babling is instantly recognizable to Tarcicus.
"I always know a short-cut..."

The Lord observes them as they speak. He can't help a smile and a little sarcasm. (Tarcisus) Good luck convincing my stubborn granddaughter into anything, be it Tremere affairs.
He gives another look to Rufus, a paternalistic one, as if he was to scold him, but doesn't and turns back on the TV to the news.

| - Chantry Von D000M:
William enters the Chantry, he walks over to his new room and inspects it. He spots his suitcase and puts it on his bed and opens it. Taking off his hat and putting his cane the floor, he disrobes his coat, the jacket and his fancy shit. He grabs a black shirt and pulled another gray wooden sweater on it. He takes out another pair of sturdier looking black shoes and takes a pair of black woolen gloves. He takes out a new dark gray colored hat and puts it on.
Rummaging in his giant dark blue woolen trench coat, he takes out the small bag which contained the brushes, knives and other archaeological tools, wallet, phone and the I-Touch Lyle gave him.
He took out a medium length black coat, and stuffed the items in his pockets. He grabs a new pair of glasses and takes a second pair which were made of a dark blue rubber and had an elastic to keep it from sliding off.
Taking out a medium sized plastic box, William placed the container on a nearby table. Opening it, it revealed a clay bowl containing various pieces of old computer components and old microchips. it also contained a small plasic air tight bag which William placed in his pocket as well.
Putting on his coat, the tremere looked a lot less out of place, or so he though.
The neonate walked to his door, exited the room and made sure it was locked before he entered the library and looked around for Corinna.
"Miss Anson?"

Corinna doesn't answer but Mikael opens the door of the library with a raised eyebrow, and a book in his hands. He observes William a moment. (Mikael) Ansons' is downstairs, meditating. What is the matter, William ?

"Ohh..." William looks suprised.
"Mister Horstman..." The neonate gave a short bow. "I wanted to ask the the library had any information about old Bordeaux's underground situation. She's downstairs you say? I'll return tomorrow evening."

Mikael looks more observant, nodding as a salute and in response to the bow the neonate took. He smiles, pleased. (Mikael) I am afraid we have very little information on the Nosferatu, if it's what you're meaning. You may want to see the municipal and city archives if you want more... Practical knowledge. But you are looking for the right person. Go have a peek downstairs to see if she is finished. Ah! Corinna ?
Corinna approaches, she was stepping up when they were discussing. They exchange a few words in Latin. She shakes her head and smiles slightly, before both step in the library, inviting William inside. (Corinna) You want information on the undergrounds? What do you mean precisely ?

William nods as he follows the pair inside. "Anything we have on Bordeaux underground, the older the better. Records on the Nosferatu, or even texts about wine storage, or tunnels the Tremere or Camarilla might have used during the world Wars or maybe against the Sabbat. I'm suspecting that wherever it is that we seeks, it's not in a regular location known by kine. Anything that could possibly not be mentioned in the city archives due to more 'sensitive matters'."

Corinna listens as she browses the library with quite mastery. She gives a look at Miokael every now and then. Horsman answers a few of the questions. (Mikael) The Nosferatu tend to be very secretive of their lands, but that's no secret. When I was in charge we did not know much more about them, they always refused. As much as we do not talk about the Chantry, really. (Corinna) Since I've taken over we had little if no information about those subjects, and sadly we do not have many books on architecture and the physical history of the city...
She piles up a few books and smiles at William. (Corinna) There should be official files, even if they are of sensitive atters, getting your hands on 14thC, 15thC old urbanization papers and maps is not as public as it sounds. I'll have a look for you tonight and tomorrow, but to be honest you'll have more luck among the Toreador. They had their hands in architecture for as far as this city was created... (Mikael) I do think Vranken made some research, precisely on the areas concerned, but whether she looked underground or not is another subject. Have you found out who has inherited her belongings ?

"Griffin has all his sire's files according to Regent Kersten and I'm heading over to get them right after this, but I'm trying to get as much information as I can get so I can figure out the big picture, maybe Vranken missed something, who knows. As secretive as the Nosferatu are, they aren't the original inhabitants of said areas, which leaves records. Toreador you say? That could work, I know a few toreadors whom I could ask on which of their clansmates could help me on those matters tomorrow evening."

Corinna browses through the books she opened up, focused. Mikael gives a benevolant look at her actions before smiling at William. (Mikael) If she missed something, it's not something you, or we will find in a glance. She worked on it a good forty years before she was killed by Jacob. I wish you good luck with our brother Jean-Pierre, needless to say you will need it. (Corinna) Let me out your phone number, I will keep you informed if I find something of use.

William took his wallet and removed a plain white card with a number on it and jokingly added. "Then it seems I will owe you a bottle of Vitae." The neonate regarded the older vampire. "Well, if I see you again, he didn't burn me alive with the power of his famous retorts I keep hearing about." William glanced at his watch. "Busy night, busy night." Grabbing for his cane and remembering he decided to leave it in his room, he sighs and exits the library and walks through the door leading back into the hotel Elysium.

Corinna gives an eye out for the card, then goes back to digging in the books. Mikael chuckles when William mentions Griffin's habits. Corinna seems to ignore it, but it's clear she disapproves of what people think of Griffin. (Mikael) He's just as likable as a prison guard but other than that... He won't lift a hand over fellow Tremere. He'll make sure you have a miserable reputation in Elysium, which is as good as being dead in these parts. Especially if you want court favors.
He waves good bye, letting the neonate go

Saturday night (fever) When William comes back in the chantry, he notices things have changed a little : the ambiance is far more tense, by some reason. Corinna is in the library room with Tarcisus, while Mikael seems to be downstairs. Corinna Ansons and Tarcisus seem to be studying certain subjects, due to the incredible amount of books opened on the table, with her running around to get other books and obeying Tarcisus orders (get me this one, the one by this author.. Corinna amazingly knows her library like her pocket and finds each book in a blink of an eye). It takes Mikael a short moment to come back upstairs after William stepped in, to give him a look. He has dropped the vest and jacket and has rolled the sleeves of his shirt, and it's clear he has just washed his hands. (Mikael) Ah, welcome back. What did you find out ?

| - Chantry, now with extra Kevin Bacon.:
William looked thoughtful, "Well, let's see, the Artifact should be in the in the wine cellars turned catacombs, which also happened to be the Nosferatu's domain and their first line of defense is apparently Banzai-feratu's with gasoline and matches and the ever loving 'Monsier NON LEAVE!', aka Le Docteur I believe everyone is calling him. And did I mention they know just about everything they shouldn't? Ohh and cobwebs do not mix well with black sweaters. Then again I've had worse last time I blew up my concoction when I used the wrong amount of ingredients." William finished pulling a piece of the large amount of dust and cobwebs covering his clothing with a look of disdain. "So the entire thing is kinda stuck at the moment."
He looks around and notices the change in the general mood of the Chantry and sees Anson playing Library ledger and retriever for Lord T. , "What did I miss? Did we find an actual breach of the Chantry?"

Mikael listens calmly, with half a frown, to what the neonate tells him, trying to make sense of what is being told to him. He does get the "failed ritual blowing up in your face" joke and even smirks about it. (Mikael) Make it work, despite what the Nosferatu say, then. We didn't find anything that could be a breach, but Kersten's way of running the Chantry makes it hard to study. If only he'd used only true wards. Corinna is more familiar with the system and she found nothing different.
Clearly, he doesn't like how Lyle runs the Chantry ; too modern. He seems a little darker as he states with a certain loath. (Mikael) Either way, Kersten has gone missing. I was about to resort to a ritual to force him to answer..

"Well... I'll keep an eye on ways to further our progress on that field, and about Lyle... that explains why all the messages I've send keep returning." William picks his phone from his pocket and looks at the last one he send. "Let's see, Message delivery failure, I'm pretty sure I had connection when I send it and I do have enough call credit, so either the network is botched somehow or Lyle's number no longer exists, for else the message would simply be processing until Lyle's phone made contact with the network."
William walked over to his room, he brushes his head clean of the dust and cobwebs over the bin, quickly takes off his black sweatshirt, jeans and shoes and dons a Dark gray costume shoes, Gray jeans and red button down shirt.
As he enters the main room once again, he stands near Mikael once more and observes Lord Tarcisus at his work, eager to see what is happening.

Mikael gives a peek at the message delivery failure, but doesn't comment on it. He lets the neonate go change, and opens the door to the library so he can also have a look of what the other two are doing. When William comes back with clean clothes, Mikael and Tarcisus are discussing something in Latin. The body language clearly shows that Mikael respects deeply his Lord, and seems to offer him help. Corinna is putting away part of the books they've used, but she does it with Movement of the Mind. Corinna approaches Mikael once finished, and smiles at him in a polite but distant way. (Corinna) I've searched for breaches but couldn't find anything out of the ordinary.. Except this guest the Regent insisted to host in the Hotel, that we should leave alone and he is under his watch. She obviously dislikes this guest, and is even embarrassed about it. He goes by Chris, and the Regent left a message earlier on the board about him. If you can, avoid him, he seems to be a very close friend with the Regent.
The idea of being friends with Lyle seems to give the librarian shivers of terror and horror. Tarcisus finally notices William's entrance, and with a hand gesture, he asks Mikael to leave. (Tarcisus) You're Wolvenheart, aren't you ?

The neonate frowns at the mention of the guest, but he was actually more interested why said guest had such an effect on Anson. "Regent Kersten... a guest.. interesting. If all else fails, we could always ask him, as a very last resort kind of way."
William straightens with a look of surprise as Tarcisus addresses him. "Yes lord Tarcisus."

Corinna shrugs at the idea of asking Lyle's guest. (Corinna) The Regent isn't the kind to let know anyone on his whereabouts, not even us. I think he'll be back before dawn anyway.
She moves away once she notices Tarcisus noticed the neonate, and gives the lord a glance full of questions. He seems to understand, and dismisses her with a hand gesture. (Tarcisus) You may leave.
She nods and leaves the library alongside with Mikael, who seemed to need her. Tarcisus signs William he can come closer. (Tarcisus) Here, approach. These aren't the best circumstances. I've heard about you from your Regent, interesting ! He probably meant the precedent Regent and not Kersten. I never thought that childe would have embraced anyone, and yet she chose you. So, how is finding this bracelet going ?

William raised an eyebrow in question to the comment that Tarcisus tought his sire would never get around to embracing, but kept his questions to himself. "Yes... The bracelet..."
With a sigh, he recounted in short and concrete sentences about the undergrounds, Nosferatu defenses and meeting the Nosferatu Primogen and the information leak in a calm manner and precise manner, taking his time to explain whichever questions Tarcisus might have about his story, but took up his manner of comedy once more as he scratched the back of his head and laughed, "So yeah, I'll have to find a way around or through the complication without getting into 'too' much trouble and before everyone questions the authenticity of the fake bracelet Ly-... Regent Kersten delivered."

The Lord listens with a certain pressing curiosity. He nods every now and then, understanding what he is being told. He doesn't really ask questions. He then denies with a "tssk tssk tssk". (Tarcisus) The object Mikael is creating will fool them all, you are not to worry about that part. As soon as it's finished, I'll present it to Gosuin myself, after all, I have yet to announce my presence in town. I suppose you will have to work behind the scenes with the right Nosferatu to have a proper access. For Vranken's memory, hm ?.. Speaking of which, have you seen her childer ? It's strange that Stéphanie isn't here, studying...

"My apologies my Lord, I did not mean to imply that Tremere craftsmanship is of low quality, I'd merely like to prepare for all possibilities and unexpected events." William said with a low bow of his head. "I keep hearing the name Carrion thrown around amongst the fledglings and neonates, I'll try to explore that avenue, although Nosferatu are very fluid when it comes to identities since they can fool the mind into perceiving them however they wish to be seen and heard."
Once Tarcisus mentioned Stéphanie, the neonate stroked his chin in a thoughtful expression. "I've actually yet to meet her. I've heard her name mentioned, but outside of Griffin, I have yet to meet any other childe of Vranken. Regent Kersten might know, but... yeah, he's missing. Perhaps Anson Solaris might know, she seems to be the go to person to go to for information from what I've observed. Of course, Griffin might know, but he's on leave and unless it's either you, my lord, or Regent Kersten, I doubt he'd tolerate a second interruption of his 'me-time'."

Tarcisus seems to be annoyed by something, betrayed by a frown and his thoughtful expression. He doesn't seem to really listen, but it's proven otherwise by his words. (Tarcisus) Apart from a few of ourselves, there will be no one in town with the necessary skills to pierce through our subterfuge. Mikael is a skilled thaumaturge, despite his.. Narrow-minded view of our blood.
He sighs and looks away, then approaches a little as if confessing a terrible secret to William. (Tarcisus) The Nosferatu have always been a mystery to me. I am not skilled with my senses. It is one of the reasons why I wished so much to embrace the young Claudia. She's young and still needs tutoring, but she might be willing to help you tell them apart. As for Neyrinck, like Lyle, she's a bit of a loner, she dislikes being in the church. New morals, maybe.... Ansons ?
He truthfully asks, as if he didn't know the name. It may sadden a sensible person as it's clear to him that something is wrong and yet he can't put his finger on it.
