Can't leave Ventrue Tower I'm getting WARNING:msg overflow with Sethic

I am a Setite for starters and I have just gotten the Ankaran Sarcophagus back from the Giovonni's mansion and am unable to leave ventrue tower to head outside and take a cab to the Society of Leopold. When i try to leave even if I noclip through the door and try to sewer exit it freezes on the load bar when it hits the end, however the console when i open it is spamming roughly this.... WARNING:msg overflow with Sethic. If someone could respond with the proper coordinates and syntax to do a teleport to somewhere in downtown for me it would be much appreciated. I tried entering it like this.... Teleport_player map <la_hub_1.bsp> then entering in 3 different numbers relative to where my cl_showpos says I am, but no matter how i seem to do it I just end up teleporting up high back with Lacroix in the Ventrue tower. I would greatly appreciate some help otherwise i can't finish my game which would be a shame.

Confirming this, just encountered it today with my Assamite. Have ruled out a corrupt save game, previous saves played to the same point also experience the same bug. Console isn't helping with teleport and such

Now I've remembered why I finished the game only twice, despite its awesomeness.

Installation should be :
Vtmb, then the final nights patch.
No other mod, no other patch in between, nothing. If you have installed something in between, then you should erase everything and reinstall.

You both never told us what was your installation like. Windows 98? Seven ? Run as administrator ? Run with compatibility mods ? Retail cd version or steam ?

I'm no moder, but I can give basic hotline. Have you read the manual ? ;-)

Installation was as you described. I even repeated the procedure 3-4 times, trying new folders and drives, with no luck.

O.S is Win7 32 bit, retail cd version. I don't usually run the game as admin.

From what little there is on google, I'm reasonably certain this bug affects only modded games. Dudes have reported it in Clan Quest mod and others.

I've been playing with some console commands, map & teleport_player mostly. You can change location with map la_hub_1 for instance, but, while some global game variables remain intact (Jack correclty recognises the game phase, proper ownership of the Confession) some do not - Heather is outside of Venture tower, behaves as if in haven.
Oh and all your stats and quests are reset to zero

I'm going to experiment with the official patch in a bit. Stay tuned.

I cannot believe this sh!t. Disregard everything. The problem was caused by a friggin full inventory; as soon as I dropped some stuff I could exit.
