There is no linguistics background in V20. Languages are 1 point merits. But sure, reassign your dots a bit.

We can play out your arrival in Ljubljana next Saturday. Just tell me what means of transportation you are using.

We are going by train from Zagreb.

OK, so I added 1 Pt Merit Language (Englische Sprache), and 1 pt Flaw Repulsed By Garlic to balance it out. Is it Kosher? I also thought about Mistaken Identity or Heavy sleeper, if those are better.
