Oh absolutely! We can add a "Bella." We can set her out on the streets of Hollywood making odd comments like, "I'm filled with teen angst and I can't live without you Edward!!" She'll then proceed to be attacked by near by hookers who are sporting "go team Jacob" t-shirts. We can have her showing up in cut scenes as well. She'll be in the background running head first into shit and getting dragged off by monsters from the warrens. The best part could be the discussion you have with Pisha. If you look close, you can see what's left of Edward's chest cavity on her table. When asked who's intestines those are she can say, "I thought it was a man. Unfortunately it was nothing more than a talentless actor who'll never win an Oscar. Perhaps I did him a favor?" Oh yes what fun it would be to have a Twilight edition! HA HA HA

And shortly after the cutscene you described, the same Tzimisce creature will drag her back in disgust, and throw her into the cemetery where she is immediately shot by Romero.
