Computer in skyline apartments not working

As the title says, I can't access my email after getting the suite in the skyline apartment building.

I'm stuck without email now because the laptop from the old apartment is gone as well.

Any known fix for this bug?

This has happened to me as well, though I've for the most part been able to fix it somehow it's certainly something that needs to be looked at.

Sounds like a random engine error that sometimes happens. Usually saving the game, quitting, and restarting does the trick.
