Carrion listens silently to everyone as they speak but doesn't feel the need to interrupt. When Duncan goes to leave she gives him a wave goodbye. When Mikael speaks to her she turns her attention back to him and listens intently. When he says they will be working together she pulls out a pen and her note pad and scribbles down her direct number; she rips the page out of the small pad and places it back in her pocket after which she offers the paper to him with one hand and accepting his card with the other when he offers it to her.

Ghosts? What kind of things will you need me for?

She doesn't seem too worried about any of this news, more curious than anything else. Her eyes scan the card Mikael gave her for a moment before pulling out her phone and adding the number. She slips both back into her pocket for safe keeping and rises up from her perch to speak with Mikael some more; obviously wanting a few more details than what he has given her so far. She seems willing to walk with him a little bit if he wishes to walk and talk.

Estela gives a shrug in answer to Duncan's comment. “Don't keep your hopes up to much, but I'll let you know as soon as I hear or learn something useful.” She listens to his justification of protecting the humans and keeping their secrets in regards to the Masquerade, giving another shrug and looking away from him, seeming somewhat uncomfortable with this particular subject. “Yea. Sure. Let's just make sure we get the hijo de puta.” It doesn't seem like she fully buys Duncan's words, but she doesn't want to continue the matter either.

When he hands them out, Estela accepts Duncan's business card and in moments has the number added to her contacts list. She notices the momentary confusion on Mikael's face when he receives the number as well, and can't help but smile a little though she also certainly believes that his reaction is a weird one. Her face falters as he speaks. Though it looks like Estela wants to give a retort of sorts, she decides against it and holds her tongue. Mikael's number too is added to her contacts when she gets his card.

As the small group begins to disperse in different directions to head back to their respective homes for the day, Estela turns to Miriel. “Guess I better start heading back as well.” She smiles in a friendly way. “See you around. When the nights become a little less hectic, maybe we can hang out some time.” She doesn't really wait for an answer as she begins to walk in the direction of her own haven, giving a light wave to the Toreador, but she doesn't move as fast that anything still said to her won't get heard.

Miriel nods in confirmation to Duncan and watches him leave. She accepts Mikael's card with a smirk and watches he and Carrion walk off into the waning night. Looking up from the card, Miri listens as Estela begins to talk, bidding farewell and expressing some hope for future opportunities. She smiles softly to her at first, but the smile grows in size and vitality Estela goes on.

Miriel simply says, Yes, I would like that. Her eyes follow Estela as she leaves.

She turns slightly from where she stood as everyone goes their separate ways. Surer of her direction, Miriel paces off, pocketing the card. The evening's events have taken their toll, and she must move home quickly to hunt and return fresh for the next evening.

Mikael sees the others leave without commeting about the Brujah primogen. He turns to Carrion to give her better explanations

Well, if someone has been stealing skulls, my guess is that we're going to have to search underground and/or graveyards at some point. It's the most obvious location. It's rare for people to hoard cadavers on their living room, and even if they did, we would probably have to go to those places to get info. Since you Nossies know more about moving below the earth than I ever could, I might need your help. Obviously I don't expect you to deal with ghosts, but there is a possibility they might show up sometime and I was just making sure you wouldn't run for mommy at that point.

The Tremere smirks and looks at the sky.

If this whole deal turns out to be a piece of cake, I won't probably even need you. The thing is, they never do.

Without waiting any response, Mikael turns around and walk away, turning at some alley and dissapearing from sight. Any questions or comments the other Kindred might throw at him will be met with his dismissive wave from before.
