I'd like to discuss the story & lore with all of you fine viewers. There will be lots of broadcaster and viewer interaction. We'll be playing the game in a no death rule-set meaning we can't let our character die, EVER, unless story scripted. This will enhance immersion and make sure we take the game as seriously as possible. Seriously? YES!

Good luck playing it hardcore. Bloodlines isn't particularly hard, but accidents can always happen, especially when you're playing for the first time and don't know what to expect. If you want to improve your chances of survival pick a clan with Fortitude (Gangrel, Ventrue) or Presence (Brujah, Toreador, Ventrue). Though I'm not sure if Presence worked as it was supposed to in vanilla. I think I remember someone mentioning how it was fixed in Camarilla Edition to finally work properly.

So if you're not playing with CE I'd recommend Fortitude over Presence. Which would give you the choice between being an animal and a snobby aristocrat.

The early game is one of the best roleplaying experiences in CRPG history, but it was released too early and the developers had to rush finishing it, so the later part of it devolves into pure combat. What this means for you is that you can start out with whatever aproach you like (combat, stealth, diplomacy, alternative diplomacy ), but as you progress you need to make sure to improve your combat skills. There are also a couple of unavoidable boss fights.

There was some talk about bouncing boobs, viking hair, and how much fun it is to play a Malkavian. There was no stream though. The guy popped in for 5 seconds sometime after midnight and changed the date from Tuesday to Thursday.

I'll try to make him play an Intimidate/Unarmed/Fortitude/Protean Gangrel. That should allow him to get through most of the game easily while still having a reasonable chance of getting killed near the end, so that he can restart and play through the whole game again as a Malkavian.

intimidation fits Gangrels better Ravnos. You should know that by now.
The Malkavian could be persuasive, through his madness and all.

That's true, but Intimidate fits better with the badass tough guy concept I have for the character.

There is a chance that the Bloodlines stream has been canceled entirely. The schedule is gone and it just says something about replaying Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Witcher forever.

Twitchy little...after I began to think that I was looking forward to it Monday, fine to see that it was delayed a day, then annoyed it was delayed about another two days, and now...what does one do in this situation?

Perhaps as it is, a Prince has not been inconvenienced by this one, but given the circumstances, it might just be a consideration for review, if his knowledge constitutes as a...well, I'm sure someone understands.

I would hope that this is merely a deception, although I do not have much hope.
