He hasn't started streaming yet so techncially he's still kine and you can hunt him without any restrictions (other than maintaining the Masquerade). It can't be a blood hunt though, those are specific to kindred.

I haven't followed this thing, so I'm not personally involved. But you all seem very vexed, so go ahead and do what you deem necessary to teach him a lesson about not keeping promises. Just keep the masquerade and the color of your auras in mind. I might check...

The little Kine Luxarius seems to have been trying to game out a little on the side to get a hang of it, and gets stuck on the lockpicking area already. Possibly even slightly before that. I have the sinking feeling he has not installed any of the required patches. *shakes head* But no worries, if necessary I will ghoul him and leave him no choice but to stream!!
