| Then do something about it. I don't know what your eating habits are, but a simple thing that helped me lose 13 kg since early October was to just eat half less bread in the morning and evening. That and I started to walk faster whenever I walk our dog. And I try not to mix proteins and carbohydrates, but I'm honestly note sure if that last one really does anything. | |

| I hardly eat bread... I eat no meat at all (I know, bad pun inside...), my work requires me to run from one end of our poorly designed lab with most experiments, I walk to work...
