I used to be a brony before I lost interest.

I first discovered it thanks to a pony version of the Skyrim trailer.



The images of the light and dark winged pegasus intrigued me so I watched the first two episodes. And then I watched the third and the fourth and then I nearly gave up, but then the 5th one was good again (or was it the 6th?) and I binge watched the rest of season 1. Then just as I finished that season 2 started and I followed Equestria Daily (a popular brony blog) until about the end of season 3. I still watched season 4 as well as the first Equestria Girls (which was bad and stupid and had troubling implications), but at that point I wasn't really following the community anymore. And I never got around to watching season 5. There might even be further seasons by now, but I don't care enough to check.

I think the biggest contributing factor was that I got involved with LWOD and that sucked up all my free time.
