I have updated the mod loader version to include an installer. You can find it on the Camarilla Edition ModDB  page: http://www.moddb.com/mods/vtmb-camarilla-edition.
For those new to bloodlines modding, mod loader means you can have several patches with the same installation of the game. Make one fresh instal of the original game and then just install Wesp's patch and all the mods you want over it. To start a specific mod, use the desktop icon it creates.

1.1 is the version before the changes to the disciplines have been made.

CE 1.1 has been succesfully merged with Unofficial Patch 6.5 so all you need to do is install a fresh copy of Bloodlines, then install CE 1.1 over it. That will not only get you Official Patch 1.2 AND Unofficial Patch 6.5, but also Camarilla Edition 1.1. No need to download anything else to make CE 1.1 work properly!

Final Edit: Most of the links are probably outdated. Patches scrolls does not have the latest mod loader version. Try the ModDB site. There are all the most recent files for both CE and TFN.

I made an update for CEfinal that is compatible with the mod loader from the latest patch. Just that and a few bugfixes. And this time it's no installer, just a zip archive.
If you have the latest patch with mod loader installed, just copy the "cefinal" folder from the archive into your bloodlines main directory and create a shortcut.
If you don't, install the base game, copy the whole content of the archive in, and create a shortcut.
If you use the custom music feature, the /clubmusic folder is moved into /cefinal.
