new characters

I've played the pencil and paper version of VTM for a while now. Just here recently I started playing the pc version of the game. I just bought the Bloodlines version of the game. Is there a chance of getting some of the Independent characters such as Assamite and some of the sabbat characters such as Lesombra ??
