DDLullu has uploaded a tool to Planet Vampire that allows adding character sheet animations to npc models. So now we can use any model for our pc, without them looking like a zombie in the character sheet.

I don't know if this is necessary, but I suggest you make a copy of the model (not the skin) in another directory and link the copy to the player in clandoc. The tool replaces the death animation of the npc model with the charsheet animation of a player model, so if you don't copy the model and the npc dies, that might be a bit funny.
