Akeem teaches...what?

I'm Assamite
I talked to Akeem,first about himself then i asked about Assamites. During conversation i got "stats increased" but nothing was really increased.
Now i don't know if it's a bug or maybe he gave me something i already have.

In these cases usually the message "stats increased" doesn't appear but ok. I'll sell one point with console and get the 5th from him
