Minor bug with Presence

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Presence 5 doesn't give the +3 bonus to Seduction. I have 4 seduction and with the bonus I should get to 7. When I go to hookers all I can get it's a discount of 10$ (so I get to pay 40$), I don't automatically succed in the first line when seducing blood dolls and I can't seduce the blood dolls on the street of Santa Monica and Hollywood (not the hookers) and the one in the Last Round (they usually flee when I finish the pink lines )

The discount for hookers is capped at $10 for having a high Seduction, it's the discount from Haggle that gives the major discount, all the way down to $5 per feeding I believe.

Didn't know about the cap. But shouldn't I automatically succed with 7 seduction in the 1st stage of seduction of blood dolls? Even at the Giovanni mansion (and VV) I couldn't seduce anyone... (VV requires 5 IIRC)

I was thinking in order to get an automatic seduction of blood dolls, you need either a 9 or 10 in seduction for that.
