| You'll be new in Ljubljana. I don't see that secret as noteworthy enough to warrant a flaw. If your Willpower and Humanity are both 7 something is wrong.
I'm not allowing Cathartic Fury. Stick to the book.

| So New Arrival, then.
Hum=Conscience + Self Control, so does Permanent Willpower, right?

| Willpower = Courage
And as I mentioned you can choose to have a Humanity score lower than you Conscience + Self-control if you wish. The lower limit is 3.

| OK, I am a sclerotic. Willpower is so high because I spent Free XP on it... Plus one dot of Courage and one Medicine, both paid with unspent Backgrounds. I added Generation, one dot (as per 12th Generation).
You know, it is almost as difficult for me as writing a scientific paper... The need to remember what came from where and stuff.

I'm not allowing Cathartic Fury. Stick to the book. So you mean not like Guide to the High Clans, page 204, only V20 books. No problem, Imma get back to the drawing board, make a new one. The Assamite it'll be then.

| Even if there are many V20 books, only one of them is the V20 book. That's the one we're using and nothing else. | |

| There is no merit/flaw with that name in the V20 book, but if you want to break into the zoo, killl a tiger, and take it's claws then you can do so. | |

| Feral, you have 5 unspent XP by my count. You could get a another dot in an ability or virtue or you can choose not to spend it and start saving for upgrades. I've also decided that your Humanity will be Cosncience + Self-control - 2. So that's 5 for Sebastian. Don't send in another character sheet though. Just tell me the changes here.
As for the bang nakh, I'm allowing it because it's something from RL for which I create the game rules myself (and quite easily too). It's not a made up thing from a book I don't have. And it was popular enough in the not to distant past that having one is not outside the realm of possibility.
I mean if Lindybeige, who is basically a random crazy Englishman, owns a full suit of 17th century armor from India, then an Assamite vampire can have a punchy stabby thingy that was popular in 19th century India.

| You're going to have to provide justification for how your character gained those 5 dots in finance, brawl, and subterfuge. And it's going to have to be good. Note also that I changed the way starting Humanity is calculated. It's 2 lower than normal.
By my count you still have 10 unspent XP.
also be warned that I probably won't be particularly generous when it comes to handing out XO so make sure you have all the skills and disciplines that you consider essential for your character.

| By my count, I've only 5XP unspent; I went for 7 in knowledges instead of 9. The remaining dot will go into law. That makes 10 for brawl, 10 for subterfuge, 10 for finance, 10 for willpower (15 from backgrounds). The last XP can be spent on self control, giving him Humanity 6 pre-change. I still haven't picked the remaining merit, as those have been cut down radically.
As for justification, your honor, it's what he does for a living, and that's what got him targeted. He works the corporate sector and he's good: from the stock market, tax optimalization, shell corporations, offshore accounts, hostile takeovers. He's literally able to buy a company from under the owner's ass. That's the trade; his ability helps him do it: while he cannot precisely lie, he can misdirect the opposition from the facts on the table, he can flatter, he can convince 'them' he's actually crawling up their ass, that they are about to make the deal of their lives. Then they loose it all. His hobby, your honor, is what got him embraced. He understands the money, the flow, and if you have enough of something it stops being relevant. It was about taking control of someone's live before crushing it, showing dominance and putting those mouthbreathers in their place. And crushing souls sometimes isn't enough. You have to crush body as well. Beating bums too soon wasn't enough. He sought challenge and he found it. And he liked it. Rule number one: You don't talk about... you know. And he gambled more and more on the outcome. Money wasn't that relevant, but position, being the king of the hill. And to beat greater challenges, he had to become better. And again. Suddenly, his opponent held a mace, a dark skinned man stick a claw on his fist; the bleeding corpse on his feet meant he got more than he bargained for. "Well done." The hill got a lot bigger. But he does not intend to back down.
I'd like to reflect all that in his Nature. What do you mean 'make sure you have all essentials;' he has skills he's learned and gifts of blood and with that he'll have to make due - isn't it too soon to develop them a lot further since we're so green?
