Problem with the poster quest

First off, as usual may I congratulate you on a fantastic mod. You've taken a great, albeit flawed, game and not only achieved what it originally set out to do but couldn't, but improved its vision further.
Secondly I have a query about the email poster quest. The second one requires you to get three reports on the sewer closure/haunting/infestation but as far as I am aware aren't there only two documents? I have only ever found the clipboard on the corpse as you first enter the sewers and then the ledger in the office that leads back up to the Hollywood sewers. This office also has a newspaper you can read on it, but you can't pick it up.

Is this indeed a bug or is there a third pick-up-able document that I have just been a damned fool and never found?

There are in fact two places where you can leave the warrens to the hollywood sewers. Both do have an office where a ledger is lying on the desk. The first is after 609, before you really get down to the warrens, and the other one is located somewhere behind the pumproom, after you met the first of the fat guys (don't remember the name right now).
