Well, the carnivore diet isn't really something most people should do, but it's interesting that one can survive on a pure meat diet. I think the main point is the one from the every end of the video, that some people get such big benefits from it largely because it's the ultimate elimination diet. If there are any foods your body can't handle which are not beef and salt, the carnivore diet gets rid of them.
I don't see what's Polish about the Khorne berserkers.
