I saw positive statements about it, I tried to watch the first episode, but after the first Vampire shows his ridiculous fangs like a rabbit I got my doubts. Probably the best vampire show at the moment. There might be some ridiculous moments but at least it isn't a teen drama. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p91VTAFsBoc - it's good for almost anyone

It's a teen drama, but with adults. And porn, lots and lots of porn. And everyone is gay, like in Glee. I tried watching, because everyone talked about the third season and all but...I could get all the way through =/

| Don't forget the mandatory positive discrimination and quotas.
(what I love about VTM is that it can be as fucking racist and elitist as it can get, but TV can't, really, not allow diversity. Might get sued)

The most obvious would be to use long dead languages, mostly Mesopotamian / Hebrew related ones, since the WoD actually follows ze Bible. Sure, everything should be related to the time period. But while i'm not exactly sure when the clans started using names to be described, I'm pretty sure it was before bull fighters existed in Spain

Don't be too sure about that. Something like bull fighting most certainly existed long before the fighters started looking like the one on the pic, and used names that sound similar to modern spanish. But I agree. At least the names of the Antediluvians should be from the mesopotamian, egyptian, and east-mediterrainian regions. I'd think, most of the clans got organized as such in the greek or roman period. So the clan names probably should be named from these languages. Greek is even more probable than latin, because that was the language of the upper classes in Rome. Tremere and Giovanni are an exception to this of course. On the other hand, at least some of the clans probably have changed their names over the course of history, according to the languages spoken in the regions where most of their members, or the leaders, if such a level of organization exists for the clan, lived. But dont forget: WW is an american company, so anything dated prior to the civil war is prehistoric, and anything on the other side of the Atlantic is forein -

| That's why I say they chose random names at random for the lulz. Plus the Tremere come from another game to begin with, and they kept the name. However, their misuse of "Jyhad" pisses me off (then again I'm good friends with people who have high degrees in theology so..) | |

I got distracted afrom the series when I was about three episodes int third, and never started watching again. But I like the way they use real wolves, instead of CGI. -

You make it sound as if any sort of drama is a teen drama, which is definitely not the case. As I said, despite the fact that there are some stupid Sookie/Lover moments, the problems as a whole are much more mature than those in any teen drama.

| I wouldn't call it a teen drama, but I would call it a soap opera. A soap opera with plenty of sex and blood and funny scenes. Like I've said before, I recommend watching it for the lulz. And if you do watch it, try to surpress your urge to compare it to VtM. | |

| XD I do have a few Muslim friends but they didn't study that much theology They did ask themselves lots of questions since Islam is a religion which is to live on a daily basis (unlike the other religions of the book). At least in France you're not Muslim cuz its a cultural inherited thing. But many people are Catholics because they just "are". | |

| Yea, I hear you... Same here, though practicing Catolicism is a bit more widespread here than in France, I guess. Still, I love to make Osama-themed jokes with my Arab coworkers. Not all Muslims like Wahhabis. Most don't. Not to mention an Iranian who worked with us. | |

| Minus the waiting time it will take, it looks amazing. And the artwork, if it is any indication of the in-game graphics, gives me the shivers.
P.S. But why they felt the need to put a Toreador on the ppt's background, I'll never know...

Besides, I feel that as they're going for old-school vampire mentality and more fright than ambiguous emotionality, the beautiful vampire with the rose sets the wrong mood...

Anyway, this art is not tasty-gay-shit-like-dat-Vampire-LOVE-with-no-Tshirt-guys. It's very good Toreador art, imho.

Not really spoilers below but read at your own risk: - Not really spoilers:
-Bane's voice is fucked up. Seems like an russian doctor in an old children cartoon. -Many plot holes -Beginning drags too long, ending is rushed too much.
8/10 Would not watch again

| I didn't even watched the first 2 films.. why should i start now? Trilogy's tend to suck very hard anyways.. the only trilogy i ever liked which comes to my mind right now is Star Wars 4-6. And no, there is NO Star Wars 1-3.. THEY DON'T EXIST! Star Wars IS a trilogy! | |
