Clarification about Install

Hey Z,

Downloaded 1.1 this morning, and I just attempted to get back on your official site to ask this...I think it has crashed I can't get on. I'll post this message there as well if I can get on it, but I need some clarification on the install.

Yeah, I know, this should be pretty straight forward, but here is what I see...tell me if this is right please. I installed my direct2Drive Bloodlines to default and it is C:/programs/Activision/Vampire-The Masquerade-Bloodlines. When using your installer it is installing to C:/programs/Activision/Bloodlines. It says...no such directory exists ( create it ), but I installed there...and now there are 2 folders inside the "Activision Folder". I See...C:/programs/Activision/ then 2 folders side by side ( inside the activison folder ) first one is what appears to be Camarilla, and to the right is the main core Bloodlines folder. Should the install be this way, or should I point Carmarilla to install into the main Bloodlines folder ( I'm running XP pro ).

This same issue bothered my attempt to use CE 1.1:

• Direct2Drive version of the game
  
• Installed the Unoficial Patch 6.5
  
  • PLUS version was installed - reran the install program to change this to BASIC to (hopefully) avoid "issues"
• Installed CE 1.1 to the default path (see the quoted descript above)

The solution:

• Install CE 1.1 to C:/programs/Activision/Vampire-The Masquerade-Bloodlines

Hope this helps anyone else having similar difficulties.
