| You see how awesome the show is? I could totally disagree with you Russell - I don't really see him as evil you know, he's just old. And they killed his lover! That's just unacceptable! He did have some contradictory intentions but I don't really see him as evil. Bill - Now he is the true evil being in the series... He has been working for Sophie-Anne or somebody else the whole time. He had set everything in order to make Sookie fall in love with him. Sophie-Anne is the Queen of Louisiana, Lorena is Bill's sire | |

| Yeah, it IS a great show when you can get completely different opinions about the same characters. Ok, yeah, I meant Lorena… she’s evil to the core and needs to die. Bill on the other I thought was good, even though he cooked up the whole thing for Sookie to fall in love with him, isn’t he still trying to make amends by killing every Vampire who has ever tasted her? Maybe I missed something in Episode 12 of Season 3.
Sophie-Anne is majorily majorily hot, by far the hottest chick on that show. Oh, and Lafayette from Season 1 is still my favorite character overall. I don’t know the actor’s name but he nailed that part. Too bad the writers made Lafayette kind’ve suck in Season 2 and 3. My favorite line…

Ha ha ha! I agree. And yes, Sophie Anne is hot, but I like Jessica's voice and silhouette much more so. Ooooo weeee! Lorena would keep me in a quandry for sure. Every time I saw her, I wouldn't know whether to crush her skull or crush her guts.

| Third season just got out here in Germany. Up to now, I've seen the first 4 episodes, and the most horrible thing was listening to Eric when he was trying to speak german. Didn't get a word of it. Hardly recognized what language he was using Let's say it with Pisha: True horror is not the sight of death, it's american actors speaking forein languages... - | |

| English actors trying to do New York or Southern accents are just as bad.
When an actor reaches a certain level of status, they don't have to worry about the accent anymore. Like Sean Connery in... well, in everything, but how about 'The Hunt For Red October'. I can see it now:
Director - "Sean, could you try to do a Russian Accent in this scene?" Connery - "I'm Sean Connery. James Bloody Bond. I'm going to do whatever accent I bloody well feel like doing, and you're going to thank God I'm in this piece of shite at all. And it's Mister Connery to you, you little pus monkey." Director - "Yes, Mr. Connery."

| I was mostly referring to the WW II recollection scene. And I'm pretty certain, even the WaffenSS didn't speak any ancient norse language. PGM, I don't think the True Blood actors have the "Connery" diva level yet. So if you need a character who can speak a lot of languages, it's best to cast Christopher Lee... - | |

| Childe of Malkav, Eric doesn't speak German as far as I remember. He speaks Swedish and some old norse language or smth like that. In my opinion the characters are doing pretty good with the accents. Just listen to Bill and Jason in the TV show and then check some interview with the actors... I really like the way Bill talks as gentleman | |

| There are scenes where they speak german. And it's real german, only it sounds completely alien to me, because he puts the stress as if it were english. I've also heard him talk in some ancient norse dialect. But of course I don't know how that's supposed to sound... - | |
