I'll have to agree with pgm there, here in Brazil there is THOUSANDS of pre-teen girls who spend money on that crappy excuse for a film/book. Sometimes i just want to smack them with a copy of clanbook: Tzimisce to show them what true vampires are all about.

Modern Vampire. Maybe I might be okay with the death of that...sickening 'Dracula' costume(you know, the tux with the medallion and cape - with or without the obvious pasted on makeup) in this way it hardly seems worth it. Not to mention the fact that those who dress on up Halloween for any reason, weather they are in it for the candy, or they have a party to attend, put so little effort into it, you wonder why they even bothered.
But to be honest, I don't exactly hate Twilight(Though I don't like it either). But some of the fans, or at least the way they seem to think, I cannot stand. Even more, I like that the story takes away a few things that, have almost defined Vampires in nearly every series. More than that, is what she decides to add. Sparkles, or diamond embedded skin, whatever. Ugh. Where I a Vampire, I'd have Damsel's thoughts - "I Think I'll go eat something so I can Vomit.".
What is worse? Oh yeah. The relationships, which is not bad in itself, but add in the teenage ineptitude for making a choice that they can stick with, and I feel like I need to be bald for a while, after yanking each hair out of my head. Or just finding myself a nice little padded cell, and some time in torpor.

If I ever had to read something where you don't need a vacuum cleaner after a Vamp was hit by sunlight, I'd probably become an olympic grade discus thrower at once.

I liked Moonlight. If vampires are at least weakened by the sun, like in the Dracula book, then I can accept it. But vampires shunning daylight because it makes them prettier? I don't know where Meyer got the whole 'sparkle' idea, but that's just silly.
Sophia Myles. Yes, she is lovely.

You mean making out with every pretty (or not so pretty, even Bertram got 3 stars) face she meets? Or do you just refer to the looks here?

Sorry, a private joke
Kersten (Lyle) is a Tremere Regent, originally Liege (Belgium)'s, but for the roleplaying section here, he's Bordeaux's Regent.

Hey Philosopher, why do you want to live in a house owned by the bloody wizards?
There probably is some strange ritual invollved everytime you go to the toilet, and you have to enchant the oven to heat it up...

Why on earth would a vampire ever go to the toilet? Other than for the guy your ghoul brings or... And Tremere Regent wouldn't use an oven. He would use an apprentice

Ok, for a vamp, the use of toilet and oven is not of foremost interest... It was just the first things that came to my mind, when I thought about what could be strange in a house owned by the Tremere.
But you probably have noticed that Andrei has an oven in 609. You can even open it. I don't know if he needs it for the creation of his pets, or if he is in the habit of baking children

HAHAHA! I still liked it Claudia! And no, I had never seen it until today. Thanks for posting... In fact you should make a thread with your Youtube video of your apartment building. That was super cool.
Claudia's apartment is super gothic and has a real World of Darkness feel to it. If only she'd let me live with her for a few months, the inspiration to mod TFN would be greatly enhanced.
