In Brazil? Deleveraging. Usually it takes about 70-100 years to accumulate enough debt in order for a country to enter deleveraging stage, in Brazil we had it twice in 50 years. Thanks to Geisel and the Workers Party, but also thanks to the expenses labeled obligatory in the post-military coup constitution.
