Game crashes during battle with Ming Xiao

About two minutes into the battle and with Ming Xiao when she is at about half hit points the game crashes to desktop with this error message:

Engine Error

AllocTouchLink: MAX_TOUCHLINKS limit reached!! Too many touching/colliding entities!!!!


I am unsure how to install console on steam. I would like advice to either fix this problem or bypass the battle in console completely to advance the game.
Appreciate any input and advice in advance.
