A forum-game character

So, there's this game on a forum I'm about to participate in. It's supposed to be something like one-shot Sabbat kill-'em-all (sorry Claudia). It's in Paris "today" (thanks Claudia). So far I'm thinking Sin City Marv with a few homy touches; still I'd like some advice and am opened for suggestions.

Generate random mortals or vampires.

If they are sabbat, the history of the character matters not. Pick up a few situations, and think about how the character would act, it'll draw up the personality

If you worry about dots and shit, you miss the point of the world of darkness. Go play dungeons in that case. I thought your question was about a character CONCEPT.

Found it in some storyteller's companion. It's from 200y. of age, not apliable.
Now to tie the char to France somehow. I'm thinking stayed there after the First War, eventually working in a bad bar... then traveling the world - french and british colonies mostly; where has he been embraced into Clan Gangrel, before returning to Paris, the bitch of a city?

Dude, ask your ST, not us ! It's up to the ST to validate or not your character concept and story.
It'll depend on if they're using canon Paris, or not.

(I hope not, because canon Paris is pure misconception. Worse than a Japanese's imagination)
