| I've always wondered why the blood bank doesn't have some form of safe or locks on the freezers were one could steal blood bags and came up with a random idea during my futile attempts to sleep to add high-level locks (was thinking around 5-10) on the freezers with two or three bags inside as a reward.

| Sounds like a good idea. But if you are seen, it should lead to some problems as well. The bloodbank is run by the Baron of Santa Monica after all. And I can't see Therese looking away when someone meddles with her business... - | |

| I like the idea and want to add my own to the blood bank, too Why not make Vandal listen to your bloody stories after some quests? Especially the snuff film comes to my mind. He loves those stories and maybe rewards you with 1 bloodpack for an awesome, cruel, bloody story? | |

| Yep. And if it's really gory, he will perhaps even give you blue blood or elder vitae. And it brings up another possibility for choices: Do I play high humanity, or do I go for low humanity with a better chance of getting free blood from Vandal, but also more hunters and a higher frenzy risc. - | |

- You know what i want Also you could need a high enough persuasion if the story is too gory and he won't believe you. For the freezer: Maybe add a cop on patrol down there for the risk of being caught in the stealing act.

| He has a certain way about him that makes you want to talk to him more just to see what makes him tick. I really enjoy running in to Vandal and wished we could talk more. I like the idea of telling him stories to get him to give you free blood. He does seem pretty bored down there working in the blood bank all night. What creeps me out is that sicko has access to the morgue and it makes me wonder if he goes in there on his breaks to play with the corpses!!!! | |

| I don't know. I expect Vandal would lose interest in a corpse after it became cold. He seems to be fascinated by blood and the moment of death, not by corpses. | |

- There's no doubt in my mind he cut that hole in the wall. Couldn't you just see him in there poking his finger in bullet holes and making up stories in his head of how he would have killed the poor soul laying on that table. He's very passive in his aggression. "Why did you go and let him eat her huh? Now I'll never get to do that bastard myself!" He never would have killed that guy, but he imagined killing him I'm sure. He's eager for you to tell him what you've done that would be considered to be depraved but yet doesn't find your stories that interesting since his imagination is pretty extreme. I think Vandal would love to give you free blood if you came to talk to him and told him what it was like to really rip someone apart. I'm sure he'd thank you and so would the corpses in the morgue as I'm sure he'd leave the bodies alone if he was waiting on you to come by and keep him company for a minute or two.

In my mind Vandal only wishes he could kill people a just and proper way as just draining them to death doesn't seem to satisfy his imagination. It's a job that leaves a lot to be desired for that twisted little crack head. HEE HEE HEE

- Yeah but look at Knox being a Nossie ghoul. He was picked because of his investigative skills which was probably amplified by the vampire blood. You look at Vandal and you can tell Terese picked him because he had an obvious taste for the macabre. Now that he's a ghoul, he's just a body handler/blood milker forced to follow the procedures set up by the Baron allowing him very little creativity in his task. If he really liked his job, he wouldn't be so bitter about it. LOL That's the vibe I got from him anyways.

But would Jeannette care? I can't imagine she would.

| I must admit that every time I walk into the beautiful freezers in the blood bank... there is always this sinking feeling at just how empty they are. | |

| There is that. But would you really steal blood from the Baron of Santa Monica? You have a job to do for the prince, and that can't be done without her cooperation... On the other hand, perhaps you don't find bloodpacks there. Might be the warderobe where Queen Bitch keeps her skeletons. - | |

| Now I have the mental image of the PC blackmailing Vandal into giving them free blood... hmm... Maybe not too believable, but it would be awful convenient! | |
