| Begins cycling, but always makes sure he is within sight to the others, if they don't follow him he will stop at a certain distance and wait until they do. | |

| William felt Nyx shift her weight before putting on her own helmet. She glanced over her shoulder to ensure William was ready before she followed Fred. | |

| I didn't recall Nyx having two helmets and lending one to William... As long as they don't cross motivated policemen ! | |

| Sunday Night
When the group nears the Sheriff's building at Europe Plaza, Duncan pulls off into a parking lot a little further from where they parked during their last visit, although it's still within sight of the front doors. The motorcycle is turned off, and as Duncan waits for the others to dismount, Duncan raises an arm and sniffs at his second-hand clothing with a slight smile.
Okay, so what's the plan? We have less time than we hoped for. I think we should all go in together, in case we're needed. I have my cell phone on vibrate, so I won't miss Theo's warning call when the Sheriff leaves El Bodegon. I'll check the signal when we go in, just in case.
I also think we should look for the security office first -- maybe there's a building directory. I hope it's separate from Lambert's apartment, where we saw him last time. It would be nice if it was deserted too; but I'm not counting on that. Once we're in, we should be able to download the camera footage pretty quickly.
Then after that, maybe one of you guys can sniff around for Momo. Duncan looks at William and Fred as he says this. I don't know what kind of, um, skills you have personally, but your clans both have a rep for sharper senses. If he's in there at all, my bet is on the basement, although he may be staked. Even though you haven't smelled Momo before, I'll wager he smells like the basements we checked out the other night, with all of the dust and old wine cellars.
I'm not sure what else we can accomplish, in the limited time we have. What do you guys think?

| William got off the scooter and made his way over to Duncan, after said kindred made his comments he responded, "We can enhance our sense of smell, but I doubt the nosferatu is kept anywhere where the smell can leak or something has been done to cover it."
Looking at the building, William frowned. "I don't think they have an active security guard monitoring the screens. It is but a residential block, unless the sheriff employs a ghoul or so to keep an eye on things. If that is the case, how will we distract or disable said person without giving away our identity? Knock him out, or more permanent solution?"

| When William voices his doubts about sniffing out Momo, Duncan shrugs. Frankly, I doubt he's still alive. But all we can do is try.
One guard we can knock out pretty easily. More would be a problem. Let's see if there are any guards before we decide. I'm more worried about the monitors being in Lambert's apartment. I really don't want to go in there.
Shall we start walking? We can wait for someone to approach the front door, and time it to arrive just after them, so they can hold the door.

| As they arrive, the area is quite alive, at least more than "early this morning". Some kids play in the small park in front of the Social Security building, some teens are hanging outside and smoking, a veiled woman with a stroller goes back home after a late walking outside... Most lights of most buildings are on, and Lambert's building isn't an exception. There are some clothes hanging at the windows (probably drying after being washed).
A quick verification will allow the neonates to see that indeed, the Sheriff's car isn't here.

Nyx's phone bips silently as Pierre sends a message : "Igor's out to claim he's your daddy."
- William:
William's ipod the silent buzz as he gets a text on it. Sender reads "chantry" : "Do not stay outside unless necessary, because of the state of emergency. How was Claudia? Corinna"

| Fred approaches from his corner of the group. Pardon my inquiries, but is there any specific plan you have in mind for this task that I should follow? | |

| Duncan gives a snort at Fred's question, and a wry half-smile appears on his face.Hell, we're making this up as we go. Let's just get in there quickly, and look around a little. If you see or smell anything out of the ordinary, let us know. Um, quietly please, so we don't draw attention to ourselves, He adds as an afterthought. With a glance at Nyx and William, who have been looking at some messages on their phones, Duncan shrugs.Let's go, before we run out of time. The Brujah starts toward the building slowly, checking to see if anyone has any last-minute comments as they head toward Lambert's building.- Storyteller, Group:
Now that he knows where the cameras are located, Duncan pulls the cap down and glances away to avoid any direct pictures of his face. He also tries to slouch a little, and change his walk.

| Once Nyx parked the scooter she packed away her clothes in the under-seat compartment before checking her phone once again. She replied quickly to the text she received as she walked over to the group, everyone could hear her snort of laughter as she read her message.- Pierre :
lol such a nice Daddy I have. Well give Daddy his daughter's love <3 Any news? -Nyx When she's done texting her phone is double checked to be on silent before being slipped back into her pocket. As Duncan explains their lack of plan she takes a meaningful glance around purposefully looking for the Provost's car and any sign of trouble.
Before Duncan get's a change to walk very far she speaks up.Um, we ain't getting in the front without a RFID key chain. So we either bribe someone to let us in or we go the same way as last time again.

| The idea Duncan had stated earlier was that they should enter with someone who didn't look too much like caring about who's coming.... so of course, an old paranoiac dude wouldn't allow them, but any brainless teen would do.
Which is exactly what's about to happen as one teen says goodbye to his friends, shaking hands with all the decorum and heading back to the building.

| Duncan already had his eye on the group of youngsters near the door. As the young man makes his farewells to his friends and heads for the building, the Brujah neonate nods in answer to William's question.
Perfect. Let's close in, but not too close.
Without waiting to see whether or not the others follow him, Duncan approaches the front doors. His head is down, the brim of the cap concealing his features from the cameras, and he digs out his wallet as if looking for his key card. He gets close enough to the man that it would be rude to simply shut the door in his face, although not close enough to be seen as threatening, or following too closely. If the man looks back when he opens the door, Duncan sort of raises a hand in half-greeting, half-"oh-please-hold-it."

| A little "uh ?" from the jogging wearing teen, while he's got already his phone in one hand, and his keys on the others to bip open the door, the boy opens and keeps his foot on the door so the man, and his friends behind him as they approach, can enter as well. He seems a bit too busy with phone texting anyway to even bother with their identity, they look like they belong there, or maybe they're visiting distant relatives (which happens often enough anyway). The ST makes the assumption there will be a "thanks", to which the teen will responds a vague "hmsure", absorbed.
Once inside, the group is quick to notice the fact that the little traces that they'd followed the early morning had disappeared. The halls aren't that clean anyway, many people smoke a little inside, and the cleaning isn't too consistent, but there's basic "water pouring and scrubbing" going every other day or so. The teen takes the stairs, but he did press the elevator button passing by, thinking the people behind him would need it.
Because now there's a little more life, which includes the lights of the hall being on, they can now check that there is a small "security" room.. but it has a lock with a code on it (this kind : http://www.trenois.com/images_produits/SCHEMA/jpg/lok040%20schema.jpg ). Opening it is feasible with the right tools, and with some time, but it's likely to be noticed by people going in or out... it's too early to be picking up locks, especially in the ground floor, just behind the elevator. If they want to try it, they'll probably need a lot of luck, or a way to pass it as "normal behavior" and the fact that nobody would ask questions or mind it.

| Duncan does indeed give a brief "Thank you." when the teen holds the front door open. Duncan puts his wallet away, as though it's no longer needed. The neonate holds the door open for the rest of his coterie, and then allows it to close behind them.
A quick look around reveals the security room, although the lock causes Duncan to frown. He stops a few feet away and glances down to see if there is a light visible under the door, and even kneels down briefly to tie his shoe and look more closely, although he won't be too obvious about it.
Hold on a second, Duncan says to the others as he kneels down. In a more quiet voice, he mutters: Nice lock. Probably at least 4 or 5 digits, although it can have more. Nyx, I don't suppose it's possible to blip out of view and work on the lock at the same time? From his tone, it's obvious he doesn't expect to be that lucky. Without waiting for an answer, he continues. Can someone with good ears listen and find out whether there's anyone in there?

BTW, Duncan takes a moment to check the signal on his phone, and make sure he can receive Theo's warning call. After speaking, Duncan takes out his phone and checks it briefly, before putting it away.

| Nyx quickly followed Duncan's lead, carefully she pulled the veil forward as she got closer to help obscure her face as much as possible without allowing the veil to come loose. As she walked she looked down and away from the camera to obscure her face from its view.
She quickly thanked the man that held the door open and gave Duncan an appreciative nod of her head as she slid inside. Nyx watched the Kine as he made his way upstairs and also glanced at her phone to ensure she had signal still and to see if she had a reply from Pierre.
When Duncan spoke she replied quickly, keeping her voice low to not be overheard by strangers.
Over four thousand possible combinations ranging from three digits to six..Hmm?
She lent on Duncan's back to look underneath the lock before quickly removing herself from him.
No it's not, you'll have to wait til later on for me to do it, if I'd known I could have brought something with me to get through quicker but it looks like I'm picking the override Dimple lock which takes time.

| Hmm. Well, if there's someone in there, it may be simpler to do it another way. Duncan stands up from his fake shoe-tying and and looks at William and Fred with a raised eyebrow, as if waiting for one of them to say something.- ST:
Were any lights on in the security room?
