Will VTM The Final Nights work with the Clan Quest Mod

This mod. Because they have quests that unique to the old Characters that you replace in your mod. I don't think they will work together, but I'd like to get an official yes or no on this.

Nope, won't work, files overwrite each other, they don't "fusion" to have both effects of one given file at the same time.
Burgermeister didn't make special baali/Isshtari quests anyway

Do you know how to uninstall a mod or return to default files without having to reinstall the game?

You sadly can't. Erase everything, install a fresh copy of the game, make several copies of the game folder, rename it, and install a mod or patch in each folder. Then run each game seperatly, with different shortcuts to each .exe (they ARE different games after all )

I don't think making different copies of the game will work in Steam though since they have to go through the steam folder.

It's possible to have multiple copies of the game, but you'll have to launch the game from the folders and not from Steam.

Turn off autoupdates !

Actually I just got laid off from my job a few weeks ago so Skyrim has kept me company. And yes, the idea of finishing 1.2 and releasing it has crossed my mind on more than 1 occasion since the lay off.
