Generally speaking the mod makes the places more like towns and not tiny villages.

The "mad cannibal run" comment reminded me of one my Skyrim characters, who also had Namira's Ring. This was Oldrim with Requiem mod installed. I made him a Khajiit Werewolf, so he would fight with claws regardless of his transformation I installed a bunch of mods for werewolf overhaul but also to add werewolf enemies and patrols into the game.
I would hunt down Werewolfs and devour them, and I applied myself a rule that I could only add a werewolf perk after devouring another werewolf. So I had this diablerising-werewolf running around hunting other lycans. It was fun for a while.
I retired him when he reached the point of killing Requiem dragons in 1-2 strikes.
EDIT: Shit, I need to stop talking about Skyrim. It's making me want to reinstall the game again!!
