Here in good old Germany, of course we all wear Lederhosen and Dirndl dresses, and drink lots of beer. But at least we don't yodel. That's the austrians and switzerlanders

I definitely prefer looking at the dirndl. It's like there's only a bit of poufy blouse keeping the girls from springing free. A cute woman in a dirndl is probably just a couple of steps below the 'Catholic schoolgirl' look on my fantasy list.

Africa has the Laibon, as far as I understand they were taken in the semiofficial calculations.

As for the whole 1 per 100,000 - remember that a society will have a nucleus, so while the politics and majority of the kindred will be in the centre of that, travel is also a LOT easier in this day and age. Cities with the most prominent all day travel routes could mean kindred from miles around report to one prince, making them almost more like counties just to get to the best racks and places of political intrigue.

And France has only one "Prince" (Francois Villon, prince of Paris).
The Princes of the other big cities are Marquis (and kind of chosen by Villon, like local governors). I'll explain that in detail IF I'll use it on the correct section

What ever happened to the idea of role playing on the TCI board? It was going so well and then....

I was waiting on Eliza and Claudia to get things up and ready. I assumed that was in progress.

Well, I promised Claudia not to bug her until she is finished with the city population and the story/chronicle itself, and so far, she has not contacted me. At least not that I know of; I noticed way too late that my mailbox at the forum was full...
If you've already lost your interest, though, I don't think we should start the game at all. Roleplaying on a board takes its time, and being impatient won't get anybody far... and I don't want to start bugging Claudia again. As soon as she tells me she's done, she is. Period.

This isn't to say that I wouldn't like to start playing right now, too; it's just that I've roleplayed on boards etc for two years now and I've finally learned to be patient ... at least on the outside.
Maybe we should wait for her response. I may have kicked the whole thing into motion, but it doesn't depend on me as much as it does on Claudia, so...

I'm still up for it.

Well I'm still on it, the global characters have been defined and I worked up a little topic on the rules section, I just need to put everything up in English and with pictures and stuff. The city's ready though


I wanted to put everything online at the same time, but if you want I can work up the interest by giving you the info little drop by little drop

Zer0, or Malk, can you open me the charactersheet section so I can put online each NPC's info everyone knows ?

I'm not being impatient, it's just it's been like a week since anyone had posted in here so I just wanted to make sure this thing was still in the works. If not, that's fine, I would just need to remove the new sections, that's all.

I'm still looking forward to it as well. I knew it would take a while to set things up; that's why I didn't say anything until Zer0 asked.

Thanks man. I' m always full of hope. Namely, I hope it doesn't get worse Shitty conditions are good: you learn to live and progress regardles. Adversity is a chance to learn. Self-pity is bad, cause it prevents learning. Irony is great, because it gives you much neaded distance.
