Got me a new fresh install, added the grand TFN on top, created Salubri character and after loading screen the Tremere cursed me:

I have just fired up my copy of TFN, but I don't have this problem.
Did you check if the file got lost somehow in the installation? The complete path is: -bloodlines\vampire\models\character\npc\unique\the_final_nights\intro\salubri_sire_m\ where -bloodlines is the base directory for your TFN installation.
There should be 4 files.
If the file is not there, start a game with another clan so you have a save file. Then you can skip the intro for your salubri.

Somehow I fixed this by reinstalling the game again, maybe because I used the crack after TFN.
I feel sorry sometimes that I appreciate this game so much but I never bought a real copy, shame on me .

Did you know that your name is in the end credits of the game, right at the top? You should beat the game just so that you can take pleasure in knowing you got credit for making the TCI logo!
