| Nyx shrugged slightly.
Someone's going to be here soon to pick them up, Pierre's going to digitize them. That will take about two hours. Once their done I'll have a text and will forward them on.

| William frowns, "2 hours... not enough to really start anything, unless..." his face lightened up, then frowned once more, "Nah... if it gets delayed I can't finish it properly... although.. If Corinna... nah, that wouldn't be within the next 2 hours, that would be like superspeed getting things done."
Stroking his chin, he looked at the rest. "I guess for now, we probably just could go back inside and... have a few drink or... socialise, if you're really into that..." the neonate stated with a look of half disgust half boredom as if he didn't like the prospect of dealing with the high kindred Society and would rather spend his nights locked up in his room doing Tremere-ish stuff.

| Duncan follows the group outside to the plaza. As Nyx describes how the tapes are going to be changed to digital media, he nods his head briefly and smiles.
Good. That way we can all examine them. I'm sure there's a time stamp on the tapes, so if we see something we'll know when it happened.
To William, Duncan says: Yes, two hours is a long time to wait, but a short time to get anything done. I don't see any point to socializing for its own sake... I'm no Toreador. Besides, with the Prince in a bad mood from whatever Laure and Marc told him, I'm more than happy to stay out of Elysium for a while. A drink or two might be a good idea, but don't make it seem like you're there for the free blood... the harpies would tear you a new one for that little faux pas.
By the way... I'm going to be busy for a while, first thing tomorrow evening. I spoke to Franz Derijk, and he's letting me into the student databases at Bordeaux 3. So I'm taking a little trip fo Pessac for a couple of hours. However, Theo seems to think that it would be a good thing if Jean-Pierre Griffin doesn't find out I'm nosing around down there, even though I got permission from Franz. So I'd appreciate it if you could say I was with you guys for that time, for an alibi. I'll share whatever I find out about any common links among the missing students.
The last comment was obviously directed at Nyx, since William and Fred aren't really that involved in the investigation of the missing students.
As for tonight... I'm not sure what we can do to stay busy. I suppose the most constructive use of our time until we can view the security cam footage is to make sure we're well fed, so we don't waste time feeding tomorrow. However, I don't know about you guys, but I prefer hunting alone. So we might just want to split up after the tapes are picked up, and meet in a couple of hours.hours.

| Two hours is enough time to hunt a little more, indeed. A few minutes into the discussion and the group can hear a slight honk : the myserty van is back and scoop makes a hand movement through the window so, as one could guess, he'd take the tapes to Pierre. They can also spot one of the servants they have seen on Wednesday (for Duncan) or before (for Nyx and Fred, sorry William, you're not concerned) enter Elysium.- Fred:
Fred feels this impending sense of doom that stroke him before. But this time, it's far less "actual", more like a potential that something just might happen. On another hand, the servant entering Elysium is one of Alicia's ghouls. Fred had seen him before, and they even talked a little, back when his old coterie was still alive. His name is Nico, he's a high society boy, probably from a local rich family. Maybe his presence is related to Fred's feelings, maybe not.
- William:
William catches from the corner of the eye a woman wearing a torn apart short and colorful dress. She has a 90's mane of a hair. She's crossing her arms, seemingly standing in a way that she draws his attention. She has cuts all over her body, deep bloody cuts. And due to the fact no one seems to notice her, William is quick to notice this woman is the Spirit Guardian he had summoned. By being able to see her, danger is present.

| William was about to greet Scoop, but he looked distracted the moment he opened his mouth as he stared somewhere to his side where nothing of interest is to be seen, he quickly turned to the group, he glanced at Fred and Duncan, studying them a brief moment before stating in a hushed tone:- Auspex 1 + perception >= 4, Fred, Duncan, Nyx:
"Something is wrong. I suggest we find another venue for our conversation, the hotel maybe. Nyx give the tapes and lets get out of here."

| Fred begins to get very anxious like when he drew attention to the group when they were getting new clothes, but he seems to be slightly more at control that last time. He walks closer to the group after William whispers and speaks just above a whispering tone.
I must agree with Mister William, I have a terrible feeling at the moment and wish to leave with great haste. One of Fred's feet point at his bike, further displaying his desire to leave.

| When William speaks, Duncan is looking towards Elysium, watching someone enter. Yet after both William's and Fred's warning, the Brujah quickly scans the area, including the direction William was facing just before he gave the alarm, although he sees nothing. A glance at Scoop's van reveals nothing dangerous either. Duncan responds to the group in the same hushed voice.
I know to you, the hotel means safety; but to us it's a dead end with one exit, since we can't enter your chantry. I vote Elysium. There's help if it's needed, and resources already in place to keep the Masquerade safe, if shit hits the fan.

| While Duncan was explaining his reasoning to pick the theater instead of the hotel, William once more glanced at the direction he was looking at and mouthed something that resembled thanks, before looking once more at Duncan while he was speaking. "My angle of direction was not the Chantry, but the empty Elysium in front of it which also falls under protection of the Tremere since my... ehh, warning doesn't mention what, or whom, the danger is. But as you wish, to the theater."

| Nyx smiled at Fred but gave a polite shake of her head. No, someone should be here in a moment. She stayed quiet until Duncan directed his comment to her.Yes, yes, I will keep my trap shut. Any information would be helpful at this point. The honk attracts Nyx's attention but William's words caught her off guard. The Nosferatu didn't say anything but did as she was instructed and walked over to Scoop. When she got closer she greeted him but was looking around as well uncertainly.- Scoop:
Hey, sorry to drag you back here.

| - Nyx:
Scoop shrugs, it didn't bother him too much. He didn't turn off the motor and seems to be wanting to leave but he doesn't look like he's mad or angry about having had to go back. (Scoop) No problem. You got them ?
The group eventually spots, a bit north, behind the general direction of where the van is, a small group of canned beer drinker punks with dogs. They're maybe three or four, with about double the number of dogs. The plaza itself has a couple of people walking, leaving or entering the Hotel (late flights or trains, maybe, due to the luggage being taken out of a cab..). There's even an old bum hanging around south from the Theater, walking the main street (Sainte Catherine). He seems to be walking north, going through the comedy plaza probably, and he doesn't look sober either. Maybe he'll go sleep on the Quinconces Plaza. There is also a long distance bus passing around the Theater (north side), turning right towards the Quinconces. The bus seems to be coming from the docks, probably to land somewhere for the night, or change drivers and continue its route. The bus company is a usual european one, but there's no way to know where it comes from and where does it go (as most european long line buses, it's not written on the buses).

Yeah.
She unzipped her coat slightly and gave him them one at a time. Looked like she was hiding them under her obfuscate.
Thank you for getting them to Pierre.

| Duncan waits, his eyes scanning the few people in sight, as Nyx gives the tapes to Scoop. As the van drives off, he waits for Nyx to rejoin them and then speaks in a low tone.
Let's get out of the open, shall we? The Theatre will do for a start. Then we can discuss it.
The Brujah neonate starts tentatively for the Theatre, waiting to see if anyone follows... or starts running in their direction.

| Fred is ill at ease and somewhat paranoid as he enters the theatre. He keeps a very constant (and obvious) look on his surroundings.
He follows Duncan and co. to wherever once inside.

| William followed the gang once more, albeit missing a member, and the other direction this time around. "This night is wicked and awful at the same time: wolves, Griffin, bad omens.. and if it happens one more time, people will always be expecting bad news whenever I walk through those doors." The Tremere said with a sigh as he studied the plaza. | |

"Tech Savvy enough... he speaks like I'm some common computer user who knows how to google." As the Tremere walks away grumbling, Duncan grins in amusement, but he remains silent rather than fuel the fire.
While he begins to check his motorcycle for unwanted additions, Duncan keeps an eye on his surroundings.- ST:
Duncan will not do an extensive search; that would take longer than he wants to spend, and it's probably unnecessary. If Duncan were planting a bug/tracer on a vehicle, he would place it somewhere that is unlikely to be spotted without a thorough search, but easy to reach -- under a fender or engine cover, between the headlight and the handlebars, etc. These are the sort of places that Duncan will search. Oh, and while he's at it, he'll make sure the bike isn't wired to explode. That would affect his driving, I think.

| The punks with their docks must have either fallen asleep or left, as the barks can't be heard anymore.
There are no tramways passing anymore, and while a car or two drive by on the northen part of the Theater, the place is quite dead. Most lights around have been turned off, apart from the public lightning and one or two shops that keep their lights on for extra publicity (especially big brand ones). Even on Sundays, during which only bakeries and specific stores are open (like the tourism office).
- William:
The ghost follows William a moment, until he reaches the middle of the comedy plaza, and disappears.
- Duncan:
Apart from some grit here and there on the wheels, it seems no one approached nor wired Duncan's bike. Nothing under the fender and else. No bombs, no mics, no extra suspicious stickers..

Griffin leaves the Theater like if nothing, he looks around an instant, gives a quick glance at Duncan in acknowledgement, then walks straight to the Regent Grand Hotel.
