Custom music is sped up during playback

As the title says, any custom music that I try to add is played back sped up, and after trying all kinds of different bit rates and switching it to 11025hz it still sounds the same.

Searched these forums, and all over google but I couldn't find anything.

I'd be grateful if someone could tell me how to fix this, thanks.

I wish I could help man, but Childe of Malkav programmed this so I wouldn't have a clue. Let's wait until he pops in next, he usually checks this site every day.

Nevermind guys, I found out it was just audacity fuckery. I used GoldWave to change the bitrates and it works perfectly now

Reading your first mail had me I never had any problems like that. And since all the music system does is copy the needed audio file into the right directory and then restart the music, I couldn't even imagine what might cause a problem like that.
Anyway, hope you're enjoying the game now with your own music at the right speed
