Sure, just replace the sound files. You can find them under /vampire/sound/music/licenced/
Replace in this directory, then you have the same music in every mod, or create files with the right names in the appropriate subdirectory of your mod directory (e.g. unofficial_patch).
Files must be mp3, I'm not sure what sampling rate but not very high. And most importantly, don't create or listen to the files with win media player! Media player adds data to the mp3s that makes bloodlines crash. So whatever you do, keep a backup of the original files.
