so if i download the game and install the file this site offers will it b a online game play with other pl? yes no or is it just a mape edit that changes the game play or is it both

As awesome as online VtM:B would be, I don't think it's possible
The mods here are all singleplayer. All they do is augment and alter the gameplay experience offered by the original game by adding new quests, restoring dialoge, and changing clans and discplines.
