More worry with undercooked pork for parasites

Tapeworms live in humans too, especicially in countries with poor sanitation...

Here in THE GREAT GREEN SOUTH it was common to burn & eat the ashes of relatives, as well as commit cannibalism on enemies who had shown skill and valour in battle.
I heard the Aztecs ate those they sacrificed for their hungry gods too.

Of course, all that changed when the fire nation attacked.

They do, as they do in pigs. Depends on how well you cook the meat to destroy the eggs and kill off any other things lurking in there xD
