New Zealand is so far from everywhere... As for full anesthesia, I have no idea. Maybe so he wouldn't feint from seeing the bugs eat his flesh?

Problem here is the guy. Why men are so worried about penis size? Is it that difficult to understand that dong size doesn't matter?

But yeah, many guys get depressed over their percived inadequacy, while in fact girls generally prefer the medium sized. Ease of accomodation seems to be the main reason, as too big ones cause pain. I have conversations with girls on such topics. As well as cats.
